Contacted over the phone to help me find a very unusual fireplace insert and they were extremely helpful, friendly. Totally went the extra mile to help and I experienced some of the best customer service I've ever encountered.
I had an excellent experience with these guys and haven’t even bought anything yet. I was having trouble with my gas fireplace so I called to see if they did service calls, which they do, but instead of using it as an opportunity to get business the owner talked me through my issue over the phone and now everything works! I’ll be using these guys from now on, and making sure everyone knows they are honest and very knowledgeable.
bought my stove there nearly 10 years ago, received good service then including info on installing the chimney , have had to go back a couple of times for other things, I always felt like I received good service. They have some new stoves now that I really like.

I contacted the store and spoke to Jamie a couple of days ago. He was very polite and set us up an appointment about a week and a half out. We were in Maryville to shop to day for antiques and decided to check out the store while there and look at gas logs and get some information before our appointment. Jamie was in the store today and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. I was very pleased, and look forward to dealing with "professional chimney sweeps " and "Englands". We were in England's again recently, and Jamie was as polite, knowledgeable and helpful as on previous visit.
