First off...this is the place I've always used. It has been a while but when my daughter wanted to get her hair done, I instantly recommended R&Co. Bad choice. The attitudes were so horrid it was shameful. One lady stepped up wirh a great attitude and did it. And then my daughters hair ended up wrong. The color washed out in two days. When we went back to have them fix it (the lady told us to) it got worse. It was like they didn't have a clue how to do it. And yet again...bad attitudes. Even the nice lady was rude. Once they got our money...they didn't care. (Over 100 bucks) Even when they backed it with the money guarantee. Not only are we disappointed with the work done...we are embarrassed at being talked to like we were in front of other customers. Shame on this place. Never again. And word of mouth goes a long way, R&Co.
I have been going here for more than 10 years. Morgan has always done my hair and she is amazing! My hair is always exactly the way i want it.
Very nice and clean salon. Everyone was friendly and professional. Kylie Peterson cut my hair. I showed her several styles I liked and she took the time to talk to me about them. She told me which ones would work best with my hair type and I am very happy with the style she helped me pick out. She did such a good job cutting my hair it falls just right and is easy to style. This is the best haircut I've had in a long time.
Debbie is absolutely amazing! I was in desperate need of a last minute color correction, and I'm so thankful they could get me taken care of on such a short notice! All the staff was very welcoming and caring. And on top of this, my hot mess on my head has never looked better! Debbie is a miracle worker, with an exceptional team surrounding her. They had teamed up and discussed what would work best for me and my hair, and even helped me learn a little on what to use to take better care of it. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful as well, positive vibes every where! From now on, Debbie is my go to gal, and I could never thank her and her team enough! You guys are awesome! This is the best salon to be at!
