To correct the issue that CJ Kris experienced we now have a bell at the front lobby desk with a new sign "Please ring bell" to ensure on those few occasions that no one is at our front desk we can be alerted that a client has arrived. We want all our clients to feel welcomed and appreciated. We sincerely apologize that Mr. Kris had this experience.
