Don't use this place, it's not even run by Charlotte anymore due to her passing. The new management is completely incompetent and had already filed my taxes without notifying me they didn't have their efile license. It then took an additional two weeks to file after I had to track it down myself. Then on top of all that, they entered the wrong number for my direct deposit so I'm now waiting an additional 5 weeks on top of the TI.e I waited for them to even file my taxes. Save yourself alot of trouble and time and avoid this place like the plague.
The person below must be mistaken! First of all there isn't even a thin dark haired lady who works there! They are all family and the nicest people i've done buisness with here in Maryville. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! They don't treat their customers like customers everyone is family to them! If your looking for a bookkeeper or someone to do your taxes Charlotte's Office is the ONLY place to go.
I tried to go there to get my taxes done. The woman was very rude and inconsiderate. I think she was the owner/manager. She was thin with dark hair and had a very bad attitude. I prefer to support locally owned businesses, but not if they treat potential customers so poorly. I can only imagine how she would treat you after she got your business. I know it's tax season, and they're very busy. That's no excuse for poor customer service. STAY AWAY!
