What a pleasant surprise!!! I had heard wonderful things about the Bridal Gallery, and after visiting all the Knoxville Bridal stores, I decided to make the drive to Maryville and see if I could find a wedding gown. The store is so charming, as is the lady that helped me. I found more than one gown that I fell in love with, but eventually selected the perfect one for my wedding. I had budgeted $1000 for my gown, and I got the dress and the veil for under $600! I would highly recommend making the drive to Maryville to look at this store's gowns. You won't be disappointed!
Had I went with him to pick the suit up, I would have been refunded. I left a note for Farrah, the owner, to call me. Still have not heard from her and that was over a week ago. For $160.00, I could have bought a suit.
Junior year they gave him a jacket with a dangling button that fell off while getting ready. Senior year they gave him another jacket with a dangling button and a pair of pants with a busted zipper. He spent 5 hours making sure that his fly was closed. The woman who assisted him with his fitting told him the zipper would fix itself when he got ready. I found out about it when it was time to leave.
I got a beautiful formal dress here for my school dance, and it was an extremely helpful and enjoyable experience. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind and gave me information about alterations and sizing.
A wonderful place to go looking for bridal gowns. The women there are the sweetest people you will ever meet, who really get to know you and share your experience with you. Not only are they super great to work with, they are not pushy at all to make a sale! I went in there unsure and I had tried one dress previously but thought I knew what I liked and didn't like. I asked the sales lady (Julie) to show me some dresses in my price range that she thought would look good with my body type and they were alright but I confessed to liking the other dress. I showed it to her, and right away she agreed that dress was the best for me and fit my personality and shape. I purchased the dress from her, the price was incredible, and shipping was estimated at 3 months. Less than 30 days later she called and my dress was in! I picked it up today and even though I had already paid in full she helped me try it on, take pretty pictures and feel at home. I left with a huge smile, and gave her a hug. For ladies on a budget, they have a lot of beautiful gowns in lower price ranges, and even some awesome shoes! Not to mention beautiful jewelry and bridesmaid dresses, and prom too. You won't be disappointed in this place, definitely go check it out.
So very glad I will never have to deal with this company again. Watch your rentals people, they obviously aren't checking them or repairing them before sending them out again. Poor customer service...smh
This place is awesome! The women there are so nice and helpful, Sara especially, she's amazing!! I found my perfect country wedding dress and the prices were so affordable. Diffidently recommend this place for people on a budget! Oh.. did I say Sara is amazing???
