Super sweet staff. Love the cashier. Always knows their customers. Fred is always on top of things. Stopped me from probably stroking out or dying. I Almost got a cold medicine that would cause my blood pressure to go up when mine is already extremely high. Thank you Fred for continuing super customer service
Best drug store in Blount county. Very friendly staff. Make you feel welcome. & Usually don't have to wait long on your prescription.
Would give negative stars if I could! Since new owners have taken over, my scripts have been messed up twice and they always owe you meds, they never have enough!!!!! It is ridiculous. Never had a problem until it was sold.....
All of these people are the worst........
At first my experience was good but when I had to return my cpap machine because my insurance would not pay for it, I had some unused unopened parts that Lowe's had mailed to me that I did not order. So they told me that I had to pay for those parts anyway because I had them more than 30 days (had them maybe 40 days). They were still in the package and I could no longer used them since I had to return the machine. When I express my displeasure the lady just said "sounds like you are having as bad a day as me." Poor customer service and I had to give them $90 for parts that I couldn't use.
