I ordered online a pepperoni pizza and parmesan garlic bread sticks tonight. When delivered, pizza was cold and bread sticks we're not parmesan garlic as paid for but regular bread sticks. Called to complain, was asked if I wanted a credit or for them to deliver. Asked to deliver again. Took over an hour to re-deliver.
I work for the quality inn on second shift. I had the most amazing delivery woman the other day she gave me her name, it was amanda. I have never meet anyone from this particular store that had such a smile on their face and such amazing customer service. THIS WOMAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!
The pizza is by far the best anywhere. The wings are always good. My only issue is they messed up my credit card as now it will not work at all. Called only to be told we didnt do anything. Lets see it worked there but 30 min later it doesn't?? Ok thanks
I would say that out of all of the chain fast pizza restaurants around, Papa John's has probably the best overall taste and quality of pizza. They have some great side items then they're always coming up with new items at new ways to fix side dishes that would go well with pizza.
Picked up my own since I live outside delivery area. Always ready upon my arrival after online ordering which is very easy to do.
