Terrible law firm that actively violates the FDCPA.
Pathetic company. Set up arrangements, never receive anything. Call multiple times with no answer or leave messages and nothing heard back. Then they send more legal action. Absolutely pathetic.
Do not deal with them... I made the mistake of dealing with them... it did not turn out good. They do not respond to calls and only care about taking your money.... once they have your money they could care less what happens.
these people are ridiculous examples of humans. they don't see people, just dollar signs. for the love of money is the root of all EVIL. i have paid $4,400 for a credit card i got a LONG time ago (15 years+) and they still want $1,200 on an original credit card debt of $1,500. Chase Manhattan Bank rip off artists gave me a credit card and kept increasing my limit every few months and then came back and said i didn't deserve the limit increases due to my credit which had already supposedly been used to approve me for the card. what a scam! these people at Garner and Conner represent Troy Capital, who bought a lot of bad debt from Chase. Garner and Conner don't see situations, just ways to get paid. i contacted Chase many times over this matter, but off course they don't care. it's all about robbing people, and these attorneys are just that, crooks!

15 USC 1692g section 808. These asshats agree on a monthly payment and then charge the payment twice in month due to system updates. They violated the court ordered payment plan and I get penalized for their incompetence. Bunch of crooks but I guess that's why no one likes lawyers. It's these old farts who give great attorneys bad names.
