My first initial experience was delightful I was there getting a school physical and specifically said when I made the appointment that I needed a school physical and a 10 panel drug screen. They set the appointment I go into my appointment my paperwork is filled out except for the drug screen and they were waiting on a TB skin test to resolve. Two days later I go back and have my skin test looked at everything's great. My husband and I get in the car drive off I realized I never got my drug screen so we turn around go back in they have me pee in a cup everything's great I leave again 20 minutes later I'm called back because they had maybe in the wrong cup and it had to be temperature regulating cup. Even at this point I was not upset things happen I get that. They told me wait a few days and let the test results come in. They said it would be 3 days I gave them 5 I received no phone call and I go into the office to pick up my paperwork said my test results and they bring me back to the back and tell me that they don't do it 10 panel drug screen. After receiving a phone call about this issue after coming into the office multiple times for this drug screen the least they can do is get a little organized and give me a phone call to let me know instead of having me wait a week and a half for test results that aren't even resulting because there's no test to be done. Highly dissatisfied and I will be going elsewhere. We will see if I get billed for that urine drug screen. Not to mention at this my school papers will most likely be late being sent off to my school in order to start classes by January due to this issue. I now wish I would have went with the reviews.

I couldn't find any family doctors accepting new patients until I found Dr. Smith. I normally don't regularly see a doctor, but my new insurance requires yearly checks. Dr. Smith has been able to help me get on track with fixing my health issues. He's an intelligent doctor who cares about his patients which is all I wanted in a doctor so I'm glad I found him.
