I really enjoy the personal attention the staff gives students. I like the gentle movements and health benefits of Tai Chi class. The instructors Bob and Roland are both very patient and experienced with students.
I don't know where to start with this Tai Chi program. Well, first off, it's going to be more in-depth, more authentic and more well planned than anything else you're going to easily find on the internet.
Basically, what sets this program apart is that it's not removed from the genuine art. Sifu has studied directly with real Chinese masters that have entrusted him with real, ancient, Tai Chi material, stuff you won't find most places in the world.
So join up, work hard, the learning progression has been very intentionally, well thought out for anyone to jump in and learn something truly phenomenal.
Also, you don't have to be onsite to reap benefits, Sifu Clear is available to follow along side and mentor you if you have any questions or need help.
I have been studying with Sifu Clear for almost three years. I enrolled in order to supervise my son who is now a teenager but I stay because of the benefits to me. I have learned a great deal about energy and control so much so that the last time the doctor took my blood pressure they asked me what I was doing as it was making a difference (I have 'white coat syndrome' where my BP rises when the doctor measures it - but not anymore!). I have also found that the workouts connect the mind, spirit and body in a way that strengthens all three at the same time. I am strong and integrated rather than what I was like when I would only lift weights at the gym.
