I would give no stars if I could. Easily the worst doctor experience in years or maybe ever! I arrived at 10:45 with only one person in room and one in waiting room. I checked in at terminal and thought that I could get a prognosis and out of the office soon. I’m certain that it was the flu! Anyhow, about 15 minutes later the person in the waiting room was taken to the examining room. In about another 30 minutes the nurse practitioner comes out and checks me in. Then proceeds to tell me that she’s going to lunch and it will be an hour before she can see me. I have no idea why that discussion couldn’t have occurred at least an hour earlier. I’m considerate and understand a need for a break and lunch - but really make me wait an hour to tell me that!! Wait it gets better, I leave and come back in 45 minutes. About 7 people show up between the time I arrive and when the nurse practitioner finally shows. She slowly prepares and then stupidly goes to the counter. She proceeds to check in every customer since me - at least another hour and finally I guess the doctor shows up. I’m the first in and get seen. 3 and a half hours later I receive a prognosis- exactly what I had thought. What a ridiculous process and waste of time!!! If you think that you’re truly going to save some time from your normal doctor without an appointment- forget about it. This is totally mismanaged and you’ll pay for their lack of knowledge and abailty. Trust me, go to your normal doctor. This is a waste of time and most certainly inferior to any treatment from a regular doctor!!!!!
Staff was very kind, wait time was good, will use again if sick
The provider over there was so freaking funny he had me cracking up. I was a little tense going in however Nurse Hendricks put me at ease really quick. Short wait time and super knowledgeable. Will definitely use The Iittle Clinic again.
