I have dealt with this store for many years. All employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Any problems I have, they deal with it immediately. This is definitely the pool store for me.
Website said they closed at 6:00pm. I was there at 5:04pm and already closed. Instead of making another trip, I'll find somewheres.
This place may act like they have good intentions but don't be fooled... We have been lied and lied to about when our pool was going to be set up. We bought our pool about 5 weeks ago and still getting the run around about when its going to be installed. When you buy something that is as expensive as a swimming pool and your paperwork states set will be 7 to 10 days that's what expect. If your installers can't get the jobs done I think it's time to fire and rehire to better your business.. We are definitely getting our money back and will not ever invest in this company again.
Paid up front. Digger never came. Four weeks later pool is up but leaking in three places. Tried to get help from the store. Shoddiest work I've ever seen. Go elsewhere. Disputing this charge with credit company. Wish I could throw up some pictures.
I called monday the girl that answered the phone told me they were open on Thursday weng down there on my lunch break they were closed. I also asked for a 27 round cover ahe said they had one for 80 and one 112 a better one then when i went down there waa told the 80 one was all they had
