I would love to be able to give a great review but was never given the chance. We had a Friday appointment set up for a quote which Brian rescheduled for Saturday morning. No problem. Saturday morning Brian was a no show, no phone call, nothing. I called twice, left 1 voicemail and 1 text message, still nothing. No reply, no explanation, no reschedule. Twice we arranged our schedule to ensure we were available to no avail. Advice to Brian, just communicate. If for some reason you did not want the job, just say so.
Brian does a lot of work for us personally and for our customers. I recommend him to everyone! He's honest and fair and his quality of work is outstanding!
