I was not pleased with the first flowers I received. I called and spoke with Kim. She not only offered to deliver another bouquet but offered to make a totally different one with the flowers I love. Things happen and flowers can wilt before their time but it's the people that go out of their way to make it right that truly make receiving flowers special. We will always order from here.

Outstanding Florist and Excellent Service! Coulter Florists honored a "special request" I had and made a beautiful arrangement of flowers and delivered immediately after only giving them a 2 hour notice! What great service! I highly recommend Coulter Florists and will use them again.
