I can't express enough how much of a joke that this store is. I took my truck in yesterday and paid for a full diagnosis of the audio system (to discover the reason my subs would not turn on). I also paid for some maintenance that they claim was done. However, I left the shop yesterday with my system working fine, including the subwoofers. Now, less than 24 hours later, both subs are shot. Shaun Sunstein, the owner, looked me in my eyes and told me "That sucks, must have blown overnight." I am appalled at the blatant disrespect and lack of quality this organization provided. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I encourage all in Maryville to do the same.
Absolutely love Radioactive! Shaun is honest and straight to the point, he will tell you what he suggests without pushing you to buy it! Hands down best place in town and I will definitely be back
These guys were very helpful and offer a far better price for the work they do. They gave me a deal at fixing the poor speaker install job of the used truck I bought. They answered all the questions I had about it and were very friendly to me. If I ever have anything I need done with car audio I will always go to them.
Buyer..beware..
I came here with a messed up amp and and 0 gage wires for a set of my 12's and I purchased new wiring and a dash kit come home and my s--- sounds very cracky like something is not working and go back to figure out the amp is busted and I think it's because they didn't wire it right and it cost me a fortunate to get it installed the first time also my a/c lights don't work forget this place they aren't reputable look at their odd reviews probably paid off by a gift certificate
