The staff was friendly, but their buy here/pay here policy wasn't clear to me. Apparently they don't offer payment options to anyone in Knox county, I don't know how he knew what county I lived in, the address on my license isn't correct, and the car I was in was not mine. I'm moving to Blount county in a month, I wonder if I'll be allowed to buy a car then? Lol. I am sure they're nice people, but it wasn't nice to let me rest drive a vehicle and then not sell to me because of where I live. It just doesn't make sense. I won't mind spending my money elsewhere.
Good selection for any budget. Friendly staff. No pressure. Have purchased several vehicles here.
