Now I understand why my husband didn't want me banking at suntrust.. always a problem on their end and a real hard time fixing it! I don't have much free time and sick of spending what little time I have at the bank and not getting the problem resolved.. their system is always "temporarily unavailable"!!! Even the customer service online to reset the password, that was never wrong to begin with, says temporarily unavailable! They are very nosey at this branch. Not helpful. Too time consuming dealing with nonsense problems
Upon my cousin's illness and passing, who had an account with this branch, the bank manager Kyra Jones and her staff extended courtesies beyond normal bank business dealings.

Take your money elsewhere. Even with all the technilogical tools and overdraft protection they offer, they will still figure out a way to screw you. Checking your account constantly only works if they do their job right but unfortunately that isn't the case. Then they act like they fixed the problem and everything is back to the way it should be, just to find out that was probably just said to get off the phone with you. Take off work to handle it in person the following say, and still am sitting in the negative even though I was told that wouldn't be the case on the phone because it was their error. I somehow went into the negative in the middle of the night, and got an overdraft charge, on an account with overdraft protection. Go to a credit union, let the professionals handle your money. Not the children with superiority complexes at this bank.
